Return Policy For Personal Safety Products
If you are not fully satisfied with your products, return
your order within 30 days of receipt.
Return shipping is not paid for. Please allow
7-10 days for processing returns.
Please note the following:
- Email us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
number. Provide your name, order number, order date, what
you want to return, telephone number and reason for return.
The RMA number must be on your return label. Returns accepted
and/or received after 30 days will only receive an exchange
or in-store credit.
- If a mistake occurs on your order, we will reimburse
you the cost of shipping the order back to us. If you
use U.S. mail, please insure the package and include delivery
confirmation. No Overnight or Express methods will be
reimbursed. The order is reshipped at no additional charge.
The cost of shipping the order to you, whether you paid
for shipping or not, will be deducted from any refund
given.

possible prices. Due to the nature of our surveillance and
high-tech products, returns will not be accepted unless
the product is found to be defective or unless otherwise
explicitly stated on the specific go2safety.com product
page.
All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be
approved by go2safety.com before any products are returned.
We have implemented this policy because of
the misuse of our former liberal return policy. A few unscrupulous
people have ordered our surveillance and hi-tech products
for specific short term uses and then returned the products
in a condition that would not allow us to resell. We test
all of our products before shipping. Your satisfaction is
our number one concern. If you have any question regarding
our products, please contact us
before placing an order.
All of our hidden cameras, surveillance equipment,
and other hi-tech products are special ordered by the person
ordering and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the
nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted
for products damaged upon shipment to the customer*.
- All returns must be authorized by go2safety.com before
any product is returned.
- All products must be returned in the original packaging.
- go2safety.com will replace, refund, or credit your
account for any returned products at go2safety.com's discretion.
- Any return must be authorized by a representative of
go2safety.com and under no circumstances will returns
be accepted otherwise.
- Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained
from go2safety.com. Email us for an RMA (Return Merchandise
